                Occupancy - $10
                 • Occupancy inspections are not required.
                 • However, an Occupancy Permit must be obtained; a $10 fee, to register tenants aged 18 or older, this can either be     

                   paid by the closing company or the new property owner.  It is the new property owners responsibility to register

                   ownership and tenants.​
