The Borough is in the process of sending letters to residents who need to make repairs to the sidewalk adjacent to their property.

As a property owner, you are responsible for maintaining the sidewalk in a safe and passable condition. To comply with Borough regulations and ensure pedestrian safety, we kindly request that the necessary repairs or replacements be completed within 60 days of receiving the letter.

If you do not agree with the Borough’s determination, you are welcome to attend a Borough Council meeting, which is held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM. You may request to be placed on the agenda to have your concerns formally addressed.
